Hello, my name is Kayne Daniels.
After 40 years of living unhealthy I decided to get healthy. I was tired of being overweight. Who am I kidding I was obese. Right now, I am still obese.
A friend of mine introduced me to Take Shape For Life. I started on January 13th and as of yesterday, I have lost 8 pounds.
Just to let you know, I have cheated. See, before I started Take Shape For Life, I had already had engagements. I went to these engagements, but I ate light. (lean and green). I had a couple of drinks. That is how I cheated. On the program until you get to the weight you want, you should not drink alcohol.
Anyway, I am happy with 8 pounds in two weeks. Oh yeah, when you first start Take Shape For Life, it is suggest that you do not workout. The program is designed to get you in the fat burning state and then start incorporating some light exercise. (like walking)
I liked the program so much I decided to become a Health Coach. I am very excited about the information I have already learned.
